We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| We will ship your product as it becomes available, In many cases your entire order will be held until the product becomes available before your order is shipped.
Allow 24 hours for processing before all orders are shipped, except Custom Printed Items such as Business Cards etc. Our goal is to keep you informed if a product is delayed longer than noted on the website, please make sure that you have supplied a valid email address as we mainly will contact you via email. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. ONCE you have placed your order it is not possible to cancel your order, Cancellation fees of 20% will be applied along with a credit placed on file. Custom Printed Items are not returnable. Please note if a product is out of stock we will HOLD your entire order until the item is available and ship your order together with one shipping and handling fee originally paid. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are new, not used within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The Product must contain original tags, must be in New Condition, not washed etc. We can issue a store credit only, used toward Juice PLus+ NSA Promo Plus+. If you have received an item that is defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship or an incorrect item, please notify Promo Plus+ 1-888-552-8200 or email: Support@JPPromoPlus.com within 7 business days of receipt of the item. Please do not wash or wear defective or incorrect merchandise as we could not be able to accept it for return or exchange. Many times a year, Promo Plus+ will offer Special Holiday Sales, in which the items will be considered as Final Sale, please note Final Sale items. If you have ordered a FINAL SALE ITEM then we unfortunately cannot accept this item for return. Items purchased at Conventions, Boot Camps etc. that are sold at the Final Sale Table cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot accept any returns after 30 days of the date of the invoice. IF an item has been discontinued or updated then we would not be able to accept this item back for a return or exchange. We reserve the rate to add a 20% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges.. Please send your item back to NSA PROMO PLUS+, 4463 Corporate Square, Naples, FL 34104 via a certified carrier within 30 days from the date of the invoice, please include an invoice number along with a note of what you would like exchanged. We will process returns within 7 days of receipt of the item, there will be a discounted Shipping Rate to ship out exchanged items, such as $5 for 1-2 items, and upward. If you would like the exchanged item to be placed and shipped on your next order then there would be no additional shipping fees.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received will ship out within 24 hours upon receipt of the order, provided the product ordered is in stock. If you desire expedite shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3 Day Air - please allow 24 hours for processing.) Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. If you have custom printed items on your order, such as business cards then please allow 10 additional business days before your order is shipped.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time to be an estimated 7-10 business days from the time the order leaves the shipping location of Naples, Florida. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Please note the shipping rates are based on your order total. The order total is calculated by each item(s) retail price as well as before discount(s) and taxes.
